Questions, answered.
Everything you might want to know — across membership, one-time projects, home watch, business partnerships, and estate care.

Getting started
I’m not sure what I need. Where do I start?
Start with a short conversation. Tell us about your home and how much you’d like handled, and we’ll point you to the right fit — a one-time visit, ongoing stewardship, home watch, or estate care.
What areas do you serve?
Doylestown and the surrounding Bucks County communities — New Hope, Solebury, Buckingham, Chalfont, Warrington and nearby. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully — PA registered and fully insured, so accidental damage during work is covered. More on why that matters.
How do I get started?
Reach out and tell us what you need — a one-time project, home watch, or stewardship — and we’ll figure out the right fit together after a short conversation.
Home Stewardship membership
What’s included in every seasonal visit?
Five things, every time: a seasonal inspection, a preventative maintenance checklist, a home-condition report with photos, minor maintenance adjustments, and one seasonal enhancement project of your choosing.
What is the seasonal enhancement project?
A small improvement you pick from a set menu each visit — something that makes the home a little better, not just maintained.
Is this an unlimited handyman service?
No. Membership is built around preventive maintenance and organized upkeep, not unlimited labor. Larger repairs may need a separate estimate.
How long are visits?
Typically two to four hours on site, depending on home size, season, and the items on your list.
What if I need more than a visit covers?
Add a half-day Service Block, request a project estimate, or add it to your Annual Priority Projects List. Members get priority scheduling.
What’s not included?
Emergency response, unlimited labor, structural or remodeling work, roofing, permit-required work, and specialty trades such as HVAC, appliance, or electrical-panel work.
How does scheduling work?
Visits are scheduled quarterly around seasonal planning and availability. Members are scheduled ahead of non-members for approved work.
Small Project Experts
Do I need a membership to book a project?
No. Anyone can book a half-day (about three hours) or a full day (about six hours) — no membership required. Reach out for a quote.
What kinds of jobs do you take on?
Toilet and faucet swaps, light fixtures and fans, TV mounting, shelving and assembly, drywall patches, doors and locks, caulking, interior painting, trim, and smart-home installs.
Are materials included?
Basic consumables may be included at our discretion. Specialty materials and customer-selected fixtures are billed separately.
What don’t you do?
Major renovations, roofing, permit-required work, and specialty trades. If a job isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you and point you in the right direction.
Home watch
How often do you check the house?
On a schedule you set — weekly, every other week, or monthly — while you’re away.
What does a home-watch visit cover?
It depends on the season and the risk. In winter we keep the heat on so pipes don’t freeze and arrange snow and ice clearing; after a storm we check for fallen branches, roof and window damage, and basement flooding. Every visit includes an interior and exterior look for leaks, security, and anything out of place.
Will I get a report?
If something needs your attention, you hear from us right away — usually with a photo so you can see it. Otherwise, no news means the house is fine.
Who is home watch for?
Snowbirds away for the season, owners at the shore or traveling for a week, second-home owners, and anyone with a house sitting empty.
For Real Estate
Do you work with realtors?
Yes. Pre-listing repairs and punch lists, move-in and move-out readiness, quick turnarounds before showings, and one trusted contact you can refer clients to.
Can you handle short-term rental turnarounds?
Yes. Between-guest checks and fast fixes, seasonal upkeep, and priority response to help keep your reviews five-star.
How does billing work for partners?
Priority scheduling, consolidated invoicing, and a single point of contact. Tell us about your properties and we’ll build a partnership that fits.
